I liked all the people involved. They were friendly, helpful, and nice to be around. I liked how everyone involved works as a team of people who seem to genuinely like each other. I appreciate the few extra things Nick especially and Shawn also helped me with opening a stuck window, carrying heavy stuff upstairs, etc. Also, I thought the communication between Credible, plumber, and me was outstanding.

Shawn, Scott, and Nick remodeled our custom kitchen in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic when illness, business closures, and supply chain issues were at their peak. The team was incredible to work with. They were very professional during a very stressful time. They worked closely with me and kept me informed about the plan. They were not afraid to step in and take care of things when subcontractors were not available due to COVID. Our kitchen was brought down to the studs and Shawn stepped in and put up the drywall when their normal subcontractor could not. Nick was a true artist and was able to exactly match the slight texture we have on the ceiling throughout our home. Scott is clearly a master at what he does. He is a perfectionist. He installed 3 new doors, rebuilt a bench, and created vents for our new appliances. I cannot recommend Credible Construction enough! Due in part to the team, our kitchen remodel was featured in New Hampshire Home Magazine's November/December 2022 edition! We will be calling them back when it's time to remodel our master bathroom!
