It should be a perfect balance of function and beauty—laid out in a way that makes it easy to multitask—whether you’re cooking solo or entertaining a crowd, the space should be welcoming, warm, and reflect your personality.
We’re here for every step—planning, design, installation, and warranty. We’re regularly communicating with you so you’re up-to-date throughout the whole process—no surprises here. Onsite, our crew has the utmost respect for your private space, keeping your home as clean as possible throughout the installation process.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Schedule of Tasks
DESIGN STAGE
Work with us and our design partners to create your new kitchen—as you envision it. Create your custom floor plan, product specifications, product selections, and use our knowledge of construction to build a plan that we can pass off to our Lead Carpenter for a smooth process. (2-8 weeks)
Make a decision on all the products you’re selecting for your kitchen. Some items have a longer lead time than others—the sooner you can make your final selections the sooner we’ll be able to move forward with scheduling your project.
Sign the construction contract and get on our schedule.
While We’re Onsite
Implement proper floor and wall protections, setup HEPA filter dust extractor machines to filter the air. Our goal is to keep the space clean and leave it better than we found it. (1 day)
Demo kitchen cabinets, fixtures, walls, millwork, etc according to scope of project. (2 days)
Reconfigure kitchen walls, doors, and windows, if necessary. Add blocking in walls, level/straighten walls and ceilings for new installations. (2-5 days)
Install electrical and plumbing rough-in, using our licensed electrician and plumber on projects that require permitting. We have worked with our trade partners for 5+ years and have a well-established system of working together as a team. (2-3 days, longer if inspections are required and can delay the next steps up to an additional 1-10 days)
Complete any exterior work: siding and trim. (1-2 days)
Install insulation and drywall. (5 days)
Install flooring: tile, unfinished hardwood, prefinished hardwood or engineered products. (2-5 days)
Install cabinets according to the cabinet plan. (4-6 days)
Template countertops as soon as all base cabinets are installed. (1 Day)
LVT, laminate and any floating flooring products are installed after cabinets. (2-3 days)
Install all trim, doors, and other miscellaneous millwork. (2-3 days)
Countertop installation. (1 day)
Backsplash tile. (2 days)
Plumbing finishes. (1-2 days)
Paint ceiling and walls. (2-4 days)
Electrical finishes and appliances (1-3 days)
Punch list items and final cleanup (1 day)
30-46 business days total, certain items will change the timeline and could add 1-4 weeks to the timeline.
Kitchen Renovation
in Barrington, NH
This gorgeous kitchen in Barrington was a huge success. Before the remodel, the kitchen was outdated and dark, which gave it the feeling of being small. The clients wanted to modernize it by updating the cabinets and countertops.

They also wanted to bring more light into the space by installing a new window and a new glass door in a different location. They worked with our designer to improve the layout of the kitchen. It was a large project and very exciting!
Since we were removing walls, moving doors, and changing the cabinet layout, we needed to repair the flooring, patch it, and add flooring where it didn’t exist before. We used Mr. Sandless (a refinishing technique that results in less mess and a gorgeous finish) to refinish the floor and give it that lovely warm color. We added new granite countertops in a beautiful black, as well as new cabinets. The client loves their new kitchen and new layout! The living space was absolutely transformed, and they are very happy with the end result. We consider these customers family. This is our third project for them (previously, we remodeled their master bathroom and their downstairs bathroom). They were thrilled with the speed of the project, the customer service they received, and of course, their new kitchen!
