Working with Us

PLANNING & DREAMING

We know that the success of your remodel depends in part on us hearing and understanding your vision, and working with you to make it a reality. We listen carefully to your dreams for your home and we work hard to make them come true. We pride ourselves on being transparent, honest, and efficient throughout the whole process.

We know that a renovation project can bring up undesired stress and temporary disruption to a client’s life and it’s our goal to make it as easy and stress-free as possible—from the beginning planning stages, determining the budget, finalizing the design, all the way through construction and completion. Our team is respectful and efficient. We are well aware that our clients are trusting us—not only to bring their vision to fruition, but also to be working in their personal space—we do this thoughtfully and carefully. Our team is highly skilled, hardworking, and easy to be around.

CONNECT WITH OUR PARTNERS

Frank Webb Home Kitchen & Bath Showroom

At this point in the process, it’s time to pick out everything you need (with the exception of tile and flooring) at Frank Webb Home. We will share a list of items you will need as your baseline but it’s up to you to determine the exact products, styles, colors, and overall aesthetic you want—this is the fun part!

We’ve worked closely with Karyn Tower in the Dover, NH showroom for 5 years, executing 50+ bathrooms together. She’s passionate about bathrooms, loves problem-solving, and helps to make each step of the process as easy, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible. Karyn will help narrow down the product options based on your design and budget goals.

Karyn does not work on commission so you can be sure there’s no incentive to upsell in any way—she’s just the helping hand you need to get closer to the bathroom and kitchen of your dreams. She’ll walk you through fixture selections including lavatory faucets, tub or shower surrounds, toilets, vanities, countertops, under-mount sinks, ventilation fans, lighting, mirrors, towel bars, and other accessories. When you purchase products from our partners, we extend our contractor discount so you know exactly what you’re paying for each item. Once you make your selections, Karyn will communicate directly with our team to confirm that everything chosen will work in your space.

What Karyn has to say about working with Shawn & the Credible Construction team

“I feel comfortable and confident that Shawn and his team can install every product that I sell because I’ve seen it. They even remodeled our showroom! I have had years of positive customer feedback and our former clients always recommend Credible Construction to their friends and family. They are some of the most honest and transparent contractors I work with.”

Warranties

We warranty all work based on the NAHB guidelines for construction. When purchasing through our preferred vendors we also help our clients with warranties that are provided from the manufacturers free of charge. For instance, this would include a mixing valve cartridge that needs replacing in your shower. Please note that each manufacturer offers a different warranty.

FINAL PLANS

Once your shopping is completed, we will:

  • Review the final specifications, materials selected, pricing, and preliminary schedule.

  • Review the final construction floor plans.

  • Execute the construction agreement, which allows us to start the next phase of our project.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Before we start actual construction, we will:

  • Apply for necessary permits.

  • Release all purchase orders to vendors.

CONSTRUCTION

During construction, we will:

  • Communicate with you on work that is being performed.

  • Meet with you to address any concerns or questions that may arise during construction.

  • Inform you on anything that may require cost increases or credits due to changes in scope of work. Note: we will not make any major scope changes without prior approval.

  • Update you on changes to the schedule.

Our goal is to make this process an enjoyable, stress-free experience for you.

We want you to love the enhancements to your home and share your experience with others who would benefit from our services.
